In 2010, we decided to take a new step by opening Arretxe Mexico. Located in Queretaro, we have established ourselves as a quality supplier offering guarantees on the other side of the ocean, serving parts to our clients in Mexico and the USA.
ARRECHE LEADERS IN PRECISION BAR CUTTING SINCE 1948
1948: ARRECHE IS BORN
We started out by designing and manufacturing small machinery for the iron and steel industry. It was at the end of the 50s when the first bar cutting lathe was installed, marking an important milestone in the company’s history and laying the foundations for its specialisation and growth in the industry.
1960: SALE OF AMAL CARBURETTORS
During this decade we obtained the licence for the production and sale of AMAL carburettors. This British company was a world leader in the marketing of carburettors and accessories for motorbikes in the 1960s. Our “Arreche carburettors” were to be manufactured and marketed for over 50 years.
1970: THE BEGINNING OF BAR CUTTING
Due to the significant increase in carburettor manufacturing and the need for a large number of bar cut small-sized parts, several sliding headstock lathes and the first mechanical multi-spindle lathes were purchased. Additionally, we moved to a new building, improving our manufacturing capacity and streamlining operations.
1985: DIVERSIFICATION AND GROWTH
We began manufacturing bar cut parts for external national and international clients, expanding our client portfolio and its scope. We stand out for our precision and quality in the manufacturing of customised parts, thanks to our advanced technology and trained personnel. A strategic decision that diversified our business and boosted our growth.
2015: ARRETXE MEXICO AND THE FIRST STEPS IN NER
We created the subsidiary ARRETXE MEXICO,leading the supply of bar cutting parts mainly for the automotive industry in Mexico and the USA. In addition, the new management model, NER “Nuevo Estilo de Relaciones” (New Relationship Style), is implemented. This organisational change, combined with technological progress, led us to specialise in projects involving increasingly complex materials and geometries.
2023: INTERNATIONAL CONSOLIDATION
The NER model has optimised operations and consolidated us in the international market. Our ongoing investment in technology and people committed to what we do, guarantees our products’ excellence and a promising future.
